Arena Maps
Here are the arenas that NAA utilizes for their summer hockey program and these are links to maps for those arenas. It is anticipated that for our FEMALE tournament in May, we will be utilizing all three of these arenas. Please note that depending on the time of day, traffic may interfer with your ability to get to an arena in a quick and timely manner.
For the 2009 Female Spring Challenge Tournament, we will be using the following arenas: Millennium Place (HQ) and the Glen Allen Rec Center. All arenas are close together with limited travelling required.
Ardrossan is located just south of Hwy-16 (Yellowhead) at Range Rd. 222 in central Alberta, approx. 28 km east of Edmonton.
From Hwy-16: Take Hwy-16 to Range Road 222. South on Range Road 222 to Range Road 221A. Left on Range Road 221A to Queen St. (first street on left). Left on Queen and arena is on your left. (Take note that although the address is on 1st Ave., you really never go onto 1st Ave.)

Located on Edmonton's north side, adjacent to Castle Downs YMCA.
From the East: Hwy-16 (Yellowhead) west to 97 St. NW (Hwy-28) North in Edmonton. Turn right on 97 St. NW and proceed north approx. 3.5 km to 153 Avenue. Turn left on 153 Ave. and proceed west approx. 1.5 km to arena on the right (just past Castle Downs Road).
From the West: Hwy-16 (Yellowhead) west to 127 St. NW in Edmonton. Turn left on 127 St. NW and proceed north approx. 2 km to 137 Ave. NW. Bear right on 137 Ave. NW and proceed east approx. 1.6 km to Castle Downs Rd. NW. Turn left on Castle Downs Rd. NW and proceed north approx. 1.5 km to 153 Avenue. Turn left on 153 Ave. and proceed west a short distance to arena on the right.

From Hwy-16 (Yellowhead): Hwy-16 (Yellowhead) to 50th St. NW. North on 50th St. to 137th Ave. Right on 137th to 40th St. Left on 40th to 139th Ave. Right on 139th to arena on the left.

Sherwood Park is located at the intersection of Hwy-16 (Yellowhead) and Hwy-21 in central Alberta, approx. 10 km east of Edmonton.
From Yellowhead Hwy./Hwy-16: Yellowhead Hwy./Hwy-16 to the Sherwood Dr. South on Sherwood to Granada. Left on Granada (just after the mall) to Georgia Way (Note that Georgian Way is a circular road with two accesses from Granada - take the 2nd Georgian Way). Left on Georgian Way (2nd one) to Glen Allen Recreation Center. The arena will be on your left.

Located on Edmonton's north side, adjacent to M .E. LaZerte High School (N side of it).
From the East: Hwy-16 (Yellowhead) west to 66 St. NW, turn R and go N to 144 Ave (M.E.LaZerte on NW corner). Go one block N of MELaZerte High school and on N side of school turn left. Arean is in Londonderry complex with swimming pool.
From the West: Hwy-16 (Yellowhead) east to 66 St. NW, turn L and go N to 144 Ave (M.E.LaZerte on NW corner). Go one block N of MELaZerte High school and on N side of school turn left. Arean is in Londonderry complex with swimming pool.

Sherwood Park is located at the intersection of Hwy-16 (Yellowhead) and Hwy-21 in central Alberta, approx. 10 km east of Edmonton.
From Yellowhead Hwy./Hwy-16: From Yellowhead Hwy./Hwy-16 to the Broadmoor Blvd. exit. Proceed south on Broadmoor Blvd. approx. 1 km to Prairie Drive. Turn left on Prairie Dr. and proceed a short distance to Premier Way. Turn right on Premier Way and follow signs to Millennium Place.

Sherwood Park is located at the intersection of Hwy-16 (Yellowhead) and Hwy-21 in central Alberta, approx. 10 km east of Edmonton.
From Edmonton: Hwy-16: (Yellowhead) east approx. 11 km to Sherwood Drive. Bear right onto Sherwood Dr. and proceed south approx. 5 km to Oak St. (across from the mall). Turn right on Oak St. and proceed approx. 0.75 around the curve to arena on the left. The shell is located behind the arena.
